What file formats will I receive?
Depending on the template, you’ll receive editable files for Adobe InDesign (.indd), Figma (.fig), Canva, or a PDF. Each product page lists the exact formats included.
How do I download my files after purchase?
After completing checkout via HitPay, you’ll receive an email with your download link immediately. The link is active for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads.
Do I need a specific software subscription?
Yes — depending on the template. InDesign templates require an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Figma templates require a free or paid Figma account. Canva templates require Canva Pro for full functionality.
Can I use these templates for client work?
Absolutely. Our templates come with a standard commercial licence that allows you to use and customise them for client projects. You may not resell or redistribute the raw template files.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. Please review each product page thoroughly before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
